A restaurant that blends Asian hot pots with Korean barbeque has leased 10,000 square feet at a Monmouth County shopping center, in a newly announced deal by Azarian Realty Co.
The operator, KPOT Korean BBQ and Hot Pot, will occupy part of a junior anchor space at 2200 Route 66 in Neptune. Its new space will be part of the 215,024-square-foot Neptune Plaza Shopping Center, where the eatery joins tenants such as ShopRite, TD Bank and IHOP.
Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented the landlord, while Stephan Miller of Welco Realty represented KPOT, which was founded in 2018 and has 10 locations throughout the tristate area.
