Atkins Cos. has taken the wraps off a series of newly built executive suites at a medical office building in Burlington County.
In a news release, the firm said the spaces at 103 Old Marlton Pike in Medford start at 100 square feet and have access to a common kitchenette and conference room. The two-story, 46,400-square-foot property also has prominent signage, nearly 300 on-site surface parking spaces and a range of nearby dining and retail options, while utilities and high-speed internet access are included in the rent for the executive suites.
Atkins has already leased several of the spaces and is marketing the remaining six for immediate occupancy.

Existing tenants at Medford Medical Center include Bergen County Dermatology, South Jersey Eye Physicians, Advanced ENT and Allergy and MedPlus Drugs and Surgical, all of which benefit from the site’s location just off Route 70 and easy access to Route 73 and Tuckerton Road.
