Kokes Properties has welcomed a physical therapy practice to a new-look commercial building just east of Route 34 in Wall Township, the firm announced this week.
The operator, Atlantic Physical Therapy, will use the space at 2512 Tiltons Corner Road to provide its core services alongside new enhanced offerings that support whole-body health, according to a news release. That will bring new activity to the former Asylum Sports Center property, where Kokes has completed significant renovations to modernize the space, while keeping key features of the original indoor sports facility.
It’s now among more than 30 locations for the family-owned, fast-growing PT practice.
“We are pleased to welcome APT as our newest tenant and look forward to their continued success,” said Michael J. Kokes, president of Brielle-based Kokes Properties. “We wish the Manzo family and their dedicated team all the best as they bring their expertise and passion for wellness to the Wall community.”
The firm added that, by retaining select equipment and infrastructure from Asylum Sports Center, APT plans to create a dynamic environment that blends physical therapy with exercise physiology and recovery under one roof.
“We are excited about moving into the new space and being able to provide our patients and even better wellness experience,” said Dave Manzo, partner and chief financial officer at APT.
“We’re grateful to Mike Mozeika and the Asylum team for their many years of service to the community,” Kokes said. “Their legacy remains a strong foundation as APT ushers in a new chapter at the Tiltons Corner property.”
