An automotive parts company has leased 25,000 square feet at a warehouse in Belleville, under a newly announced transaction by Team Resources Inc.
The Lyndhurst-based brokerage firm represented the tenant, Time Auto Parts, in the transaction at 681 Main St. The space provides the company with a location off Route 21 and minutes from Route 3 and other highways.
Mike Liu completed the assignment for Team Resources. Lee & Associates represented ownership.
“This property appealed to Time because it was the right price and location,” Liu said.
