Avison Young has made two new hires for its project management practice in New Jersey.
The real estate services firm announced Tuesday that it has added Alan Zambarano and Mandy Jaust as senior project manager and project manager, respectively. In their new roles, they will oversee construction projects for Avison Young clients and will manage schedule and budget development, while providing on-site supervision.
Both join the company from Transwestern, where they served in project management supervisory roles for the last several years.
“We are pleased to welcome both Alan and Mandy to our project management practice group,” said Jeff Heller, managing director and principal for the firm’s New Jersey offices. “Both are excellent additions to the team and their years of experience will enable Avison Young to provide clients with our industry-leading services related to project management, for new construction, building renovations and/or tenant-interiors work.”
Zambarano and Jaust each bring nearly two decades of experience in project management, including tenant interior renovations and new construction projects, according to a news release. They will support the firm’s expanding project management service line in the Garden State.
“I’m pleased to have the opportunity to return to Avison Young and help grow its project management footprint in New Jersey,” Zambarano said. “I look forward to working with this dynamic team of professionals and tapping into the firm’s best-in-class platform as demand for new construction projects and the overall economy continues to improve.”
Jaust added: “Avison Young is a perfect fit for me and I’m excited to expand upon the firm’s already robust services and to be on the forefront of the latest project management and construction trends in the New Jersey marketplace.”
