An IT services firm has opened a new office location in Midland Park after leasing more than 2,100 square feet under a deal arranged by Azarian Realty Co.
According to a news release, Coban Computer Solutions is the latest tenant at The Azarian Building at 6 Prospect St. Its neighbors at the three-story, 18,000-square-foot property include Pediatric Dental Specialists, an affiliate of the IT firm’s parent company, as well as the building manager and several other users.
The building is now fully occupied after the 2,101-square-foot lease, Azarian said, touting its location just 18 miles from Manhattan. In announcing the deal, the firm noted that Coban Computer Solutions helps small businesses with managing their IT infrastructure through services that are custom-tailored to the client.
Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
