Two new retail tenants are coming to Livingston Town Center after a set of deals totaling more than 3,000 square feet, according to a leasing team with Azarian Realty Co.
In the larger transaction, Jacqueline Special Occasions will occupy 2,587 square feet on the second floor of the 65,523-square-foot property at Route 10 and North Livingston Avenue. The long-established business, which sells cocktail dresses, evening gowns and other apparel, is expanding as it relocates from another location in the township.
Meantime, Ship Logistics will occupy what Azarian said was a prominent end cap unit of 612 square feet. It will be the first location for the business, which offers packaging, shipping and receiving, mailbox rentals, passport photography, stamps, gift wrapping, stationary, office supplies, print and faxing services and notary services.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. brokered the transaction, noting that the firm is the exclusive leasing and property management agent for Livingston Town Center. The newest tenants join established users such as Hot Worx, LA Bikini, Omaha Steaks, Mixology, Wells Fargo and 16 Handles, who are among more than two dozen occupiers.
