An interior design firm has leased some 3,200 square feet at Livingston Town Center, joining more than two dozen other tenants at the well-known mixed-use property.
According to Azarian Realty Co., which arranged the deal, City to Suburb Interiors is relocating from another office in the township to the second-floor space at 1100-8100 Town Center Way. Previously occupied by Keller Williams, the 3,244-square-foot unit will now house a business whose full-service offerings begin at space planning, renderings and 3D modeling and end at lighting design, custom furnishings and window treatments.
Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both sides in the transaction, noting that the firm is the exclusive leasing and property management agent for the two-story, 65,523-square-foot complex at the junction of Route 10 and North Livingston Avenue. City to Suburb Interiors will join tenants at Livingston Town Center including Wonder, Wells Fargo, Shiseido, Monmouth Cards, Alpha Fit Club and HOTWORX, among others.
