The UPS Store has taken more than 1,600 square feet at a major grocery-anchored retail property in Neptune City, according to a leasing team with Azarian Realty Co.
The deal at Neptune Plaza Shopping Center, located at 2200 Route 66, brings the 217,748-square-foot complex to full occupancy. The UPS Store is leasing 1,621 square feet at the property, occupying one of its 23 overall tenant spaces alongside businesses such as ShopRite, IHOP, Verizon and others.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. and Matt Grundy of Jeffery Realty represented the landlord and tenant, respectively. In announcing the deal, Azarian noted that a new 58,952-square-foot Hobby Lobby is also under construction at the site.
