A grocery-anchored shopping center in downtown Allendale is fully occupied after a recent commitment by Philly Pretzel Factory, according to a leasing team with Azarian Realty Co.
The operator, which has roughly 170 locations, has taken the final 1,254-square-foot space at Allendale Town Center at 49 West Allendale Ave. The deal follows the recent addition of AM/PM Urgent Care and Bergen County Pediatric Dentistry, which are open after leasing 3,100 and 2,270 square feet, respectively, as well as the debut of Primo Hoagies earlier this year.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co., who leads the leasing team at the 90,000-square-foot complex, represented both parties in the deal with Philly Pretzel Factory.
