The Camden County Bar Association has taken space at a Route 70 office building in Cherry Hill, in one of two newly announced leases by Vantage Commercial.
According to a news release, the organization will occupy 1,025 square feet at 1939 Route 70 East, a 17,000-square-foot property about a quarter-mile east of Springdale Road. Emily Stein, a managing director and director of health care services with Vantage Commercial, and Corinne Giletto, director of client services, represented both sides in the transaction.
They also represented ownership in a second deal at the property, in which an undisclosed behavioral health group leased 2,560 square feet.
