A children’s learning center has committed to nearly 3,900 square feet at Livingston Town Center, in the largest of several newly announced deals by Azarian Realty Co.
In a news release, the leasing team said Kruger’s Tutors will occupy space on the second floor of the well-known retail and residential property at North Livingston and Mount Pleasant avenues. Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties in the 3,871-square-foot deal, which adds to the site’s many restaurants, services and shops alongside its 114 luxury townhomes.
The real estate firm also announced last week that it completed a new lease at The Shoppes at North Brunswick at the junction of routes 1 and 130, where the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey is taking 3,534 square feet. James Azarian represented the landlord, while Brian Walsh of Davis Commercial represented the tenant, which will move its existing headquarters and build a new experience center.
In Midland Park, the Therapy Stop will occupy 1,243 square feet of third-floor office space at what’s known as The Azarian Building. The occupational therapy practice is expanding and moving its existing clinical services within the borough, in a deal in which Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented ownership and Maureen Mole of REMAX represented the tenant.
Meantime, Azarian has announced two leases totaling 5,425 square feet at the Raritan International Center in Sayreville. Limitless Fitness, a Central Jersey-based concept founded in 2020, has leased 2,925 square feet, while Prompt Catering II is taking 2,500 square feet in an expansion that doubles its existing footprint at the property.
