The owner of a nearly 116,000-square-foot office campus in Somerset County has inked four leases as part of a string of recent transactions by Chilmark Real Estate Services.
According to the agency team, the undisclosed tenants took a combined 44,388 square feet at 222 and 223 Mount Airy Road in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards. Chilmark’s Michael Marchese, Ed Flanagan and Mike Witko brokered the transactions, which were among several leases they completed on behalf of landlords.
They also include a 2,500-square-foot retail deal at 221 Main St. in Madison and five leases totaling 32,663 square feet of office space at 225 Brae Blvd. in Park Ridge. The team, meantime, announced several deals at undisclosed locations on behalf of tenants, including:
- 5,699 square feet of office space by Tressler
- 5,282 square feet of office space by LARC Asset Management
- 8,800 square feet of office space by Freeholding LLC
- 4,000 square feet of retail space by Yoga Studio
- 4,338 square feet of retail space by Dynamic Training
- 3,809 square feet of retail space by First Bank
