A distributor of luxury bathroom products is relocating from Secaucus after leasing 70,000 square feet of industrial space in Central Pennsylvania, brokers with CBRE said Monday.
In a news release, the team said the deal at 145 Morgan Lane in York represents Lexora Home’s fourth expansion in the past five years. Its new home at the six-year-old building is a mile from Interstate 83, providing eight docks with an ability to expand to 10, two drive-in doors, a 30-foot clear ceiling height and modern sprinklers.
CBRE’s Nicholas Klacik, Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Kate Granahan, John La Prise and Sean Bleiler represented Lexora Home, whose listed address in Secaucus is 211 County Ave. Jason Turnbull of Rock Commercial Real Estate represented ownership.
“We are thrilled to be relocating our operations to 145 Morgan Lane, a larger facility that will help us to best serve our customers,” said Andrey Bogan, CEO of Lexora Home. “We are extremely bullish on the future of our company as we continue to grow and expand. It has been a pleasure working so closely with the CBRE team on this relocation.”
CBRE noted that the company is a wholesale distributor of products such as faucets, cabinets, vanities, mirrors, bathtubs and other contemporary bathroom accessories.
“We have worked very closely with Lexora Home on all four of their expansions in the tristate region,” Klacik said. “This new facility is a testament to their success.”
