Bergman Real Estate Group is set to unveil about 5,000 square feet of new tenant amenity space at a 115,000-square-foot Florham Park office building, the real estate firm said this week.
The amenities at 25 Vreeland Road include a fitness center, yoga studio, lounge and game room, Bergman said in a news release. The landlord plans to unveil the offerings by the end of the year, part of a company-wide capital improvement effort to upgrade its office portfolio and add to the appeal of suburban campuses such as its Florham Park Corporate Center.
The modern fitness center will be outfitted with cardio and weightlifting equipment, featuring men’s and women’s locker room and shower facilities, the firm said. It also touted plans for a shared conference and training center, full-service café with seating, outdoor courtyard, dry cleaning, on-site car washes and a new app-based bike-sharing program.
The building within the Florham Park Corporate Center will also house a game room, complete with ping pong, pool table and televisions.
“People spend much of their day at the office, so it’s important to make sure that work is as comfortable and as inviting as possible,” said Michael Bergman, CEO and president of Bergman Real Estate Group. “Suburban office buildings need to cater to the ways people work, and the ways people work are changing.
“Property owners are tapping into their creativity to find amenities which appeal to employees who spend most of their day at the office. People want to work in a place which offers options, a trend that we’re seeing not just in New Jersey, but all over the country.”
Florham Park Corporate Center is made up of two three-story atrium buildings of 115,000 square feet each, offering flexible spaces ranging from 1,500 square feet to a full floor at 40,000 square feet, Bergman said. The property is easily accessible from routes 10 and 24, as well as interstates 78, 280 and 287.
Florham Park Corporate Center is owned by Bergman Real Estate Group and Rialto Capital Management LLC. The leasing agents are Richard Madison, Rich Mirliss, Jack Callahan and Alex Vitro of Colliers International.
“Ownership’s commitment to providing quality accommodations and a high-caliber amenities package has enhanced Florham Park Corporate Center’s competitive positioning over the past year,” Madison said. “At the same time, the property always has offered exceptional value and access to major road networks. This winning combination is generating stepped-up leasing interest and successful deals.”
