A wholesale distributor is taking more than 100,000 square feet at a soon-to-be-completed industrial building in Burlington, according to a leasing team with NAI Mertz.
The brokerage firm said Thursday that EBP Supply Solutions, which sells products to the cleaning and food service industries, has leased nearly half of the 208,290-square-foot building off Route 130. The developer, Black Creek Group, is slated to deliver the project at 320 Dultys Lane in the second quarter.
“This property was a perfect opportunity for a company like EBP to lease a new facility that is close to many of New Jersey’s most-traveled highways, making it ideal to reach its customers throughout the Northeast,” said NAI Mertz President Scott Mertz, who represented ownership. “We are pleased to have secured a new tenant for the space.”
Mertz is now marketing the balance of the building after completing the 100,170-square-foot lease with EBP. He noted that the property, located within the Haines Industrial Park, will have 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 54-foot-by-50-foot column spacing, two drive-in bases and 38 exterior dock doors.
The 13-acre property is minutes from Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Extension.
