The Blau & Berg Co. has announced the promotion of two brokers to the role of senior director.
The firm, which is based in the Short Hills section of Millburn, said both Tamara J. Blau and Brad P. Jacobs joined its team in 2017. Since then, they have established a foothold in the market by completing transactions in and around the company’s headquarters.
Recent activity includes multiple deals at 515 Market St. in Short Hills and a 13,252-square-foot lease at 565 Millburn Ave., which was complicated by environmental issues. Blau and Jacobs also brokered a transaction for a new Atlantic Health System facility in Union and additional leases and acquisitions in Summit, Fairfield, Woodbridge and Kenilworth.
Blau & Berg added that they are continually expanding their reach into nearby communities.
