A shipping company has leased a nine-acre trucking facility near the eastern edge of Wayne, in a newly announced deal by The Blau & Berg Co.
Brokers with the firm represented ownership at 352 Oldham Road, which includes a large maintenance yard and a 6,000-square-foot building, in the deal with CLR Auto Transport. They noted the property is minutes from major highways, including Interstate 80, while providing an industrial outdoor storage solution for the tenant and its Amazon delivery vans.
“We were excited at the opportunity to bring renewed life to an otherwise underutilized property in Passaic County,” said Alessandro (Alex) Conte, an executive vice president with Blau & Berg who completed the assignment alongside the firm’s Jason M. Crimmins and Peter J. Murano Jr.
Century 21 represented the tenant.
