A global freight forwarder is now a full-building tenant at an Elizabeth industrial property, having added more than 48,000 square feet under a deal arranged by The Blau & Berg Co.
According to the leasing team, the expansion by US Logistics Group Inc. follows its initial 74,675-square-foot commitment last fall at 620 Division St. The company occupies the newly renovated, 123,025-square-foot facility under a lease with Terreno Realty Corp., benefiting from a location near Route 1&9 and minutes from Exit 13A of the New Jersey Turnpike.
The property is also just a few miles from Port Newark-Elizabeth and Newark Liberty International Airport. US Logistics Group’s larger footprint will support a business that offers services such as door-to-door transportation, real-time shipping data and advanced tracking systems, as well as warehousing and distribution.
The remaining space absorbed by the firm spanned 48,360 square feet.
