A nearly 30,000-square-foot industrial building in Piscataway has a new owner and a new tenant, following a set of transactions by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
Brokers with the firm represented an unidentified seller in the trade of 1525 South Washington St., a 28,000-square-foot property off Interstate 287. The buyer, which was also undisclosed, paid $4.3 million for the property.
The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group subsequently completed a long-term lease within three days of the private offering, according to a news release. The team included Joseph Boniakowski, a broker, and Todd Gannet, a senior vice president, with the latter securing the new tenant.
