An investor has purchased a 2,700-square-foot commercial property in Middlesex Borough, in one of several newly announced deals by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with the firm, said the former Toro building at 635 Bound Brook Road includes both flex and retail space. The buyer now plans to renovate and repurpose the property.
Gannet also brokered the sale of a 3,500-square-foot retail building at 105 Bound Brook Road, also in Middlesex. Similarly, an investor expects to renovate the property and lease it as retail space to capitalize on the growth of development in and around the borough.
In Union Township, Gannet brokered two leases at a soon-to-be-upgraded property at 1767 Morris Ave. The Joseph Sanzari Co. leased some 2,500 square feet at the site, while an existing tenant, Millennium, has expanded into an additional space for a total of 2,000 square feet.
