A fully leased, 16,000-square-foot flex industrial building in Middlesex County has changed hands, in one of several recent deals by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the deal at 1001 Lincoln Blvd., a nine-acre property in Middlesex Borough. The team also completed the sale of a 4,500-square-foot former bank property at 3494 Route 22 West in Readington and a medical group’s purchase of a 2,500-square-foot building in Scotch Plains.
Joseph Boniakowski, broker, and Todd Gannet, senior vice president with the Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group, arranged the transactions.
In a news release Tuesday, the firm also detailed new leases including a memorabilia company’s 2,000-square-foot commitment in Manville. Meantime, Edward Jones Financial took 1,400 square feet of office space in Somerville, while another tenant leased a three-room office suite on the second floor of an office building in Middlesex.
Also in the borough, a medical storage company leased 700 square feet at another location.
