An e-commerce company has leased a nearly 13,000-square-foot warehouse in Tinton Falls, under a newly announced transaction by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The brokerage firm, which did not disclose the name of the tenant, said the building at 5030 Shafto Road is just off Route 18 and less than a mile from Garden State Parkway Exit 105. Newly constructed, the 12,818-square-foot property also features high bays and 36-foot clear heights.
“In New Jersey and elsewhere, warehouse space remains in extremely high demand — and even more so when it’s new construction,” said Marcy Gross, president of Sheldon Gross Realty. “As the exclusive marketing company for this building’s owner, we made sure that companies seeking a warehouse location were aware of the property. The strong demand triggered a quick response to our outreach, and our next step was using our expertise to identify the prospective tenant that was the ideal fit in terms of the lease rate and various other considerations. Ultimately, this transaction gave all parties exactly what they wanted.”
