A mortgage company has leased 5,000 square feet of office space near Route 22 in Springfield, in one of two new deals by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
According to the brokerage firm, the location at 841 Mountain Ave. will allow MLB Residential Mortgage to service its clients more efficiently while benefiting its staff. The site is less than a half-mile from Route 22 and minutes by car from Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway.
Todd Gannet, senior vice president for Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group, brokered the transaction. He also secured a 1,000-square-foot office expansion by Backspin Records, a classic vinyl record company, at 725 Lincoln Blvd. in Middlesex Borough.
Headquartered in Piscataway, the tenant said it took additional space due to the convenience of the location for clients visiting the office and to support its growth in the classic vinyl records category, Boniakowski said.
