Bussel Realty Corp. has expanded its team with the addition of two vice presidents.
The industrial brokerage announced Monday that it had hired Suzanne Tharaldsen and Scott Turner. Both will join its brokerage team.
Tharaldsen, who is vice president – brokerage services, is the newest addition to a team led by BRC Senior Vice President Leo Esses. She has 17 years of real estate experience and has held positions with CBRE, Eximius BPO US and The Schonbraun McCann Group/FTI Consulting Inc.
“We are excited about Suzanne joining BRC and becoming part of our team,” Esses said. “Her considerable commercial real estate experience will prove invaluable in servicing our clientele. Suzanne will be responsible for new business development, land development, sales and leasing brokerage services for the New Jersey industrial market.”
Esses’ team also includes Ilan Tabbouche, an associate, and Jennifer Sarro, executive assistant coordinating marketing and administrative support.
Tharaldsen also has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Building Owners and Managers Association International and the Urban Land Institute.
Turner, meantime, brings more than 33 years of sales and marketing experience to BRC’s brokerage division, the Edison-based firm said. He will be responsible for new business development, sales and leasing brokerage and property marketing services.
“We are excited about Scott joining and believe his considerable commercial real estate experience will prove highly beneficial to our growing clientele,” said Steve Bussel, president of BRC. “We are committed to providing first rate brokerage services and he will complement our experienced staff.”
He is a former sales associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial and vice president of sales and strategies at Prudential Real Estate. Prior to Prudential, Turner was vice president of business development and head of U.S. operations at Mohawk/Tangrams and business development director at Ricoh Americas Corp.
