Three industrial buildings in Pennsauken have changed hands for a combined $7.7 million, according to Colliers International brokers who completed the deals.
The largest among them, 9240 Commerce Hwy., is a 67,600-square-foot warehouse that sold for $3.25 million, Colliers said. A private investor purchased the building, which is fully leased to three tenants and features 17- to 20-foot ceiling heights, 12 loading docks and three drive-in doors.
Colliers also brokered the $2.736 million sale of 6995 Airport Highway Lane, a 60,800-square-foot manufacturing facility, to a Brooklyn-based hair care products known as Heat Makers Sense. The building features 5,000 square feet of office space, four loading docks and two drive-in doors.
The third building is 9265 Commerce Hwy., which Draco Broadcast acquired for $1.69 million, Colliers said. The 33,500-square-foot property will allow the video and broadcast equipment company to expand and create an East Coast operation, thanks in part to its five loading docks, three drive-in doors and ceilings that go as high as 20 feet.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers’ southern New Jersey office completed the transactions.
