Bussel Realty Corp. is expanding into retail brokerage, having added two vice presidents to spearhead the new division.

Both Chandler and Connor Vanderbeek join the Edison-based firm with more than four years of industry experience, most recently working at Jeffery Realty. In their new roles, they will be responsible for all operations of the retail division including research, property marketing and transaction services.
Each has served both landlords and tenants throughout northern and central New Jersey, according to a news release. For his part, Chandler’s clients have included Sherwin-Williams, F45-Training, Supercuts, AT&T, City MD Urgent Care and others.

He holds a degree in business management and decision sciences from Monmouth University, where he was a four-year Division I lacrosse player. Chandler is also a licensed broker-salesperson in New Jersey and a member of ICSC.
Connor, meantime, has represented Sherwin-Williams, Insomnia Cookies, Bluestone Lane Coffee, Snap Fitness and others, the news release said. With Jeffery Realty, he focused on retail leasing and investment sales.
He has a bachelor’s in business administrative and decision sciences from Monmouth, where he also was a four-year Division I lacrosse player. He is a licensed broker-salesperson in New Jersey and a member of ICSC.
