An automobile exporter has leased a 2.7-acre industrial property near the Port of Baltimore, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
According to the brokerage team, the parcel at 6330 Erdman Ave. includes a 9,000-square-foot truck terminal as well as outdoor storage and parking, all of it less than five miles from the maritime shipping hub. The user, Lion Motors, is leasing the site from Jeremy Landsman.
“We are pleased to have assisted Lion Motors in its expansion into the Maryland market,” said Jordan Metz, a senior vice president with BRC. “The new site will be utilized to stage automobiles for overseas export. Special thanks to our partner, Russ Dukan of EXP Realty of Maryland, for its local assistance and expertise on the ground.”
Metz represented the tenant alongside BRC Vice President Eric Koons and Sales Associate Benito Abbate, with Dukan. In announcing the deal, the brokers touted the site’s location near interstates 95, 695 and 895 Route 40.
