A salon business has leased more than 4,200 square feet of retail space in downtown Somerville, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
The operator, Glow Beauty Bar, is using the space at 54-56 West Main St. to expand beyond its existing location in Cranford, according to a news release. It will occupy 4,215 square feet within the 13,607-square-foot commercial property, which is a block from the Somerset County Courthouse and within walking distance of the Somerville train station, restaurants, banks and shops.
BRC vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented Glow Beauty Bar, noting that the business will open next month and join other tenants including Beyond Trends, Annie’s Boutique, Rita’s and Advanced Studies in Medicine. NAI DiLeo Bram & Co. represented the landlord, Gaston Partners.
