A construction firm has acquired a nearly 4,500-square-foot industrial building in Englishtown, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm said it represented the buyer, Kazimar Industrial Services, in the transaction at 34 Water St. Sitting on six acres, the 4,480-square-foot property is located near Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike and provides its new owner with access to routes 9, 18 and 33 to serve the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area.
BRC Vice President Anthony Mircovich completed the assignment for the Edison-based firm. Century 21-Burke Realty represented the seller, 34 Water St LLC.
“Finding a suitable location for Kazimar Industrial Services, which required outside storage for their construction company was challenging, so the buyer was relieved when I was able to locate this property that met their specifications,” Mircovich said.
BRC touted the building’s 20-foot ceilings heights, four drive-in doors and 20 surface parking spaces.
