A distributor has taken 41,000 square feet of industrial space in the Somerset section of Franklin, in a transaction arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release Tuesday, the brokerage firm said it represented Gaffney-Kroese in the lease at 21 Worlds Fair Drive. The property, which is owned by the Silverman Group, is minutes from Interstate 287 and offers easy access to Route 22 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
BRC Senior Vice President Herb Zimmerman represented the tenant, which serves local industrial, government and transportation clients.
“Gaffney-Kroese will utilize the space for distributing equipment and supplies to its customers in the metro New York area,” Zimmerman said. “I have served as Gaffney-Kroese’s brokerage representative for their last four real estate transactions.”
BRC touted the property’s five extended loading docks, one drive-in door, 1,600 amps of electric power, 30-foot-by-30-foot column spacing and 60 surface spaces.
