A trucking company has leased three acres of industrial outdoor storage space in North Bergen, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The real estate services firm represented the tenant, San Antonio Broker Services, in the five-year commitment at 9101 Tonnelle Ave. Hartz Mountain Industries owns the property, which the transportation solutions firm will use for trailer parking and storage.
“Demand for IOS (industrial outdoor storage) space has grown dramatically in the last several years, as the need for strategically located sites is key for users requiring expedited delivery services,” said BRC Senior Vice President Anthony Rittwager, who brokered the lease alongside Director of Asset Services Matthew Phillips. “9101 Tonnelle Avenue offers immediate access to New York City and Northern New Jersey markets due to its proximity to Route 1&9, New Jersey Turnpike, George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel.”
