A maker of health and beauty products will occupy nearly 65,000 square feet of industrial space in South Brunswick, under a newly announced sublease by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm represented the user, AP Deauville LLC, in the transaction at 90 Stults Road in the town’s Dayton section. The manufacturer is subleasing the entire 64,319-square-foot building, which is off Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike and just east of Route 130.
BRC President Steve Bussel completed the assignment on behalf of New Brunswick-based AP Deauville. Newmark Knight Frank Managing Director Kyle Eaton represented the sub-landlord, Heritage Pharma.
“AP Deauville was searching for a facility to transition from a third-party logistics firm to do their own warehousing to accommodate their growing needs,” Bussel said.
Ina news release, BRC touted the building’s 30-foot clear ceiling heights, 40-foot by 40-foot column spaces, seven extended docks and one drive-in, among other features.
