A nearly 12,000-square-foot industrial building in Union County has changed hands, following a sale arranged by brokers with Bussel Realty Corp.
The seller, Moshe Katz, reaped $1.326 million in the transaction at 217 East Highland Parkway in Roselle, according to a news release. A buyer listed as A Pita Pocket purchased the 11,800-square-foot building.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz and Sales Associate Eric Koons represented the seller, while Sales Associate Eli Harari represented the buyer. They announced the deal Monday, touting the building’s location near area highways and the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island, along with its 20-foot ceilings heights, two drive-in doors and 12 parking spaces.
