A national crafts and fabrics chain has renewed its 30,000-square-foot lease in Paramus, in a newly announced transaction by The Goldstein Group.
The brokerage firm said it represented Holobeam Inc., the landlord at 30 A&S Drive, in the deal with JOANN Fabrics and Crafts Store. The lease will keep the retailer at a location just east of Route 17 and in the heart of the town’s acclaimed shopping corridor.
Chuck Lanyard, president of Paramus-based Goldstein Group, completed the assignment for the firm. Jerry Welkis from Welco Realty represented the tenant, which sells sewing-related items, arts and crafts, while also boasting a strong e-commerce business.
