An industrial user has leased 12,000 square feet across two spaces in Newark’s South Ironbound neighborhood, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it represented both parties in the transaction at 101 Harper St. and 21 Avenue C. A tenant listed as Georgian Land LLC is leasing the space from Tojo LLC, BRC said, noting that the property has 14- to 21-foot-high ceilings, two drive-in doors and 400 square feet of office space on 0.27 acres.
It’s also near routes 21 and 1&9 and the New Jersey Turnpike, Port Newark-Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport and other destinations.
“It was a pleasure working with both Georgian Land and Tojo LLC in procuring the ideal location,” said Michael Costa, a sales associate with BRC. “With proximity to both the Newark cargo terminal and the greater New York City market, the space provides the ultimate opportunity to grow and continue their business success. I appreciate the loyalty and the opportunity to service both Georgian Land and Tojo LLC for their real estate needs.”
