A commercial printer has acquired a more than 10,000-square-foot industrial building in Roselle, in a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The buyer, Superfine Printing, paid an undisclosed sum for the warehouse at 1112-1116 Walnut St., according to a news release. BRC President Steve Bussel and Vice President Jeffrey Goldfinger represented the seller, Hillside Properties LLC.
“It was a pleasure to work with Superfine Online, a leading producer of fine offset and color printing, and our client, Hillside Properties, in completing this transaction,” Bussel said. “1112-1116 Walnut Street is an efficient warehouse with great highway access to metro New York City markets to reach Superfine’s regional clients.”
BRC noted that the 10,303-square-foot property has 600 square feet of office space, 12-foot ceiling heights, two drive-in doors, yard space and on-site parking. Users are minutes from routes 27 and 1&9, the Garden State Parkway, Newark Liberty International Airport and Port Newark-Elizabeth.
