A company that repairs shipping trailers has purchased an 8,000-square-foot industrial building in Sayreville, under a deal arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
The buyer, ECM Trailer Repair, paid $2.8 million for the property at 444 Hartle St., according to BRC. The brokerage firm announced the deal Monday, touting the site’s location less than three miles to the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and routes 9 and 18.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz and Sales Associate Eric Koons represented the seller, SJSA Associates, while Commercial Realty Partners represented the buyer.
“Taking advantage of a robust market and wanting to scale down their current operations led SJSA Associates to finalize a disposition with ECM Trailer Repair,” Koons said. “The 8,000-square-foot repair facility set on 2.6 acres in Sayreville, New Jersey, gives ECM proximity to their largest clients, invaluable access to major roadways and the ability to continue growing and expanding their business well into the future.”
In a news release, BRC said the property features 20- to 26-foot ceiling heights, four drive-in doors, 2,000 square feet of office space, 800 amps of power and a fenced and gated lot.
