A local owner has sold an 8,000-square-foot industrial building in Franklin’s Somerset section, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage team said the property at 9 Shirley Ave. is located near Interstate 287 and Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike, featuring 16-foot ceiling heights, three drive-in doors and 15 surface parking spaces. BRC’s Steve Jaynes represented the buyer, 9 Shirley Avenue Real Estate LLC, in the deal with Badoui Batour, while Jazz Homes NJ represented the seller.
Terms were not disclosed.
