Four new tenants are coming to a Perth Amboy shopping center after combining to lease nearly 13,000 square feet, in a series of deals arranged by The Goldstein Group.
The transactions at Convery Plaza, a 92,000-square-foot complex at 365 Convery Blvd., include two commitments by Take & Go Liquidation Store, which is leasing units of 4,070 and 2,856 square feet, according to a news release. Metrodoc Urgent Care has taken 3,400 square feet at the property, while Pure Watench and Ombre Nails leased 1,200 and 1,150 square feet, respectively.
The businesses come to the neighborhood center alongside ShopRite, Dunkin’, Taco Bell, Santander Bank, H&R Block and Rent a Center. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter represented both the landlord, Convery Complex Holdings LLC, and the tenants, while Director Chris Conway assisted with the Merodoc Urgent Care and Pure Watench deals.
“Convery Plaza was recently renovated and added a new pad building,” said Chuck Lanyard, The Goldstein Group’s president. “We have represented ownership over the years and are happy to announce the shopping center is now fully leased.”
