A commercial development site in Edison has changed hands for more than $1 million, in a newly completed transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The buyer, AIASC Meadow Road Properties LLC, paid $1.025 million for the 2.11-acre parcel at 271 Meadow Road. BRC Vice President Suzanne Tharaldsen represented the purchaser and the seller, K&F Development LLC.
“271 Meadow Road can accommodate up to 30,000 square foot of buildable commercial real estate product,” Tharaldsen said. “Its location near the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1 and the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island and Brooklyn makes it ideal for an industrial/flex use property.”
