A high-tech telecommunications firm has leased more than 3,000 square feet at a newly revamped office building in Parsippany, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced.
The real estate services firm said it represented Commercial Realty Group, the landlord at 111 Littleton Road, in the transaction with Client Instant Access LLC. The dialing, messaging and conferencing service provider is relocating to the building from another Parsippany location, joining other new tenants at the upgraded 36,289-square-foot property.
NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering and Nicholas DePaolera brokered the lease.
“For smaller and midsize office tenants, it is impossible to find a new building that checks all of their boxes. Unfortunately, these firms are literally forced to compromise when searching for space,” Levering said. “CRG has designed and created an office building to ensure that small to medium size businesses no longer need to compromise in their search for modern, well-located, adaptable, hi-tech supported and affordable office space.
“Through CRG’s visionary reinvention of 111 Littleton they have produced a building that will serve as a hub for Morris County’s small business community for years to come.”
CRG’s recent improvements include a new façade, a new two-story atrium, increased parking, landscaping, new restrooms and full common area upgrades, according to a news release. The developer and leasing team are hoping to the demand for high-end space while leveraging the site’s location at the nexus of interstates 80 and 287.
Founded in 1997, Client Instant Access serves Wall Street and financial institutions across the world. The firm will use its new location to streamline operations and increase efficiency as it services existing and new customers.
“Our relationship with CRG extends back many years and we have experience with why they are one of New Jersey’s most respected building owners,” Levering said. “With an in-house construction and design team, CRG does not just provide space for tenants but creates a first-class environment for businesses throughout the region. Their work at 111 Littleton is the embodiment of their continued commitment to Morris County’s small business community.
“We are proud to continue to work with them to attract businesses to this premier building.”
