A paper bag manufacturer has leased 23,000 square feet of industrial space in New Brunswick, under a deal arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
The tenant, Paper Bags USA, is taking a third of the building at 594 Jersey Ave., which is minutes from routes 1 and 130 and the New Jersey Turnpike. BRC noted that the property features 14- to 25-foot ceiling heights, nine tailboards and three van-high doors.
“It was a pleasure to represent Paper Bags USA in this transaction,” said Eric Koons, a sales associate with BRC. “The manufacturer is taking advantage of the central location, proximity to Port Newark and convenience to local transit at 594 Jersey Ave. in order to grow their rapidly expanding paper bag manufacturing business.”
Koons represented the tenant alongside BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz, while President Steve Bussel represented the landlord, 594 Jersey Avenue Associates LLC. The Edison-based brokerage firm is also marketing the 69,300-square-foot property for sale.
