A logistics firm has subleased more than 87,000 square feet of industrial space in Edison, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
According to a news release, Meiya Capital Inc. will occupy the entirety of 355 Clearview Road under the deal with Inter-Metro Freight. That provides it with a location in Raritan Center, where it has quick to the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway, routes 1, 9, 35 and 440 and the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island, with building features such as 6,261 square feet of office space, 24-foot ceiling heights and 18 loading doors, among others.
BRC Vice President Eric L. Koons represented Meiya Capital in the 87,103-square-foot deal.
