A metal manufacturer has acquired a 150,000-square-foot industrial building in Bloomfield, under a transaction arranged by Greiner-Maltz Real Estate.
The regional brokerage firm represented both the seller and the buyer, a Brooklyn-based company, in the recent deal at 51 LaFrance Ave. Greiner-Maltz is also representing the undisclosed buyer in marketing its newly available space in Brooklyn.
Ray Musalo, a managing principal in the firm’s Moonachie office, completed the transaction, noting the Bloomfield building sits on eight acres.
Musalo also brokered the sale of a 103,000-square-foot building along Route 303 in Orangeburg, New York, representing the buyer. The new owner of the eight-acre property will use it for food manufacturing.
