A building services company has leased 3,000 square feet in Rutherford as the site of its new corporate office, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Tuesday.
The tenant, Adamas Building Services LLC, is relocating from Newark to 75 Orient Way. Its new home is part of a 23,501-square-foot building just west of Route 17, providing quick access to the area’s major highways and retail offerings.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented ownership.
“75 Orient Way’s tremendous location and modern features continue to make it one of the area’s premier properties,” Lizzack said. “Providing a home to a diverse slate of medical and professional tenants, the property is ideally suited to a wide range of uses and we were happy to help secure another quality tenant on behalf of our client.”
Most recently renovated in 2006, 75 Orient Way features 86 parking spaces, an upgraded granite tile lobby and a modern medical elevator, NAI Hanson said. Adamas Building Services’ new space boasts a double glass door entrance, architectural woodwork reception and two conference rooms as well as secretary and bullpen stations.
