A new Burger King has opened along Route 10 in East Hanover after a recent 2,800-square-foot lease arranged by The Goldstein Group.
According to a news release, the restaurant occupies a freestanding former Boston Market location just west of River Road and joins a list of retailers in the area that includes Michaels, Best Buy, R.E.I., Home Depot and many others. The Goldstein Group’s Chris Conway represented both the tenant, listed as East Hanover Rest 332 LLC, and the owner, Giordano Longo LLC, in the transaction at 332 Route 10.
“Boston Market has closed down most of their locations which are in prime spots that other restaurants want,” said Neil Goldstein, principal of the Paramus-based brokerage firm. “Ironically, Burger King used to operate a location in the Route 10 East Hanover market years ago but closed it. A new franchisee is opening this location.”
