An international trading firm has leased 10,608 square feet of industrial space in the Raritan Center section of Edison, in a deal brokered by Bussel Realty Corp.
The tenant, Haz International, leased the space at 60 Campus Drive from Federal Business Centers. Its new home is part of Campus Plaza, a 104,120-square-foot property minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike.
Bussel Vice President Manny Judah represented Haz, while the landlord was represented in-house.
“Haz International will utilize the facility for its import and export business, and the warehousing and distribution of its perfumes and cosmetics to customers in the New York metro area,” Judah said.
Haz International is an integrated trading firm specializing in the perfumes and cosmetics.
