A spice distributor has leased more than 50,000 square feet at a Millburn industrial building, in a deal arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, Bussel said it represented both parties in the 53,500-square-foot deal at 70 East Willow St. in Millburn. The tenant, Kalustyan Corp., has leased the entire building.
James Hodgkins, vice president of BRC, represented Kalustyan, while President Steve Bussel and Senior Vice President David Blitt represented the owner, Binyan Realty Corp.
“Kalustyan Corp will utilize the property for bagged spice storage and distribution to customers in the region,” Hodgkins said of the tenant, a global importer, processor and purveyor of spices, capsicums, herbs and aromatics.
Bussel touted the property’s location near Interstate 78, Route 24 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The building offers 16-foot-high ceiling heights, 4,000 square feet of offices, six tailboard loading areas and 30 free surface parking spaces.
