Four industrial tenants have signed new leases in central New Jersey, following a series of deals brokered by Bussel Realty Corp.
The Woodbridge-based brokerage firm said Tuesday that Anthony Mircovich, vice president, has recently completed more than 25,200 square feet of transactions.
The largest among them took place at 2216 Hamilton Blvd. in South Plainfield, where Century Marketing LLC leased 10,000 square feet, according to a news release. At 6 Ivanhoe Place in Bridgewater, Central New Jersey Liquidators leased 5,200 square feet.
The other recent deals by Mircovich include a 5,023-square-foot industrial lease at 1000 King Georges Road in Fords with Vertex Diagnostics LLC, Bussel said in a news release. Meantime, at 280 Lincoln Blvd. in Middlesex, Ultimate Home Services leased 5,000 square feet.
“Anthony is a veteran broker handling many client tenant requirements and landlord properties regardless of the size and market,” Steve Bussel, president of BRC, said in a prepared statement. “He is dedicated to exceeding our client’s expectations and works diligently at uncovering new opportunities and closing deals.”
